Memberships are valid for one month. This includes access to all classes and may be frozen for up to 10 days.

A one time check-in
To book any Deeper Therapy sessions a single check-in either a Body or Inner Harmony Assessment is required.
Book your session via our calendar. If your preferred time isn’t available, you can suggest an alternative.
