1. Membership Policies
Memberships and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All sessions must be used within the membership validity period. Sessions expire one month from the date of purchase and will not be extended.
Members may freeze their membership once for a maximum of 10 days, excluding public holidays.
Memberships are for personal use only and may not be shared.
2. Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 2 hours before class so we can manage capacity. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted. After two no-shows, membership will be paused and booking privileges suspended.
3. Class Minimum Requirement
Any class with fewer than 4 booked members may be canceled.
The coach reserves the right to proceed with or cancel the class and members will be notified accordingly.
4. Studio Etiquette
Members must follow all coaches’ instructions to maintain safety.
The coach may deny entry to members arriving more than five minutes late.
Phones, chewing gum, and socks are not permitted during class unless approved by the coach.
5. Injury & Modifications Policy
Coaches may provide modifications, but members are responsible for choosing the appropriate intensity.
Members must stop immediately if they feel pain (not discomfort) and inform the coach.
Participation is voluntary and members acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks. Spiral Movement Therapy and its coaches are not liable for injuries resulting from participation.
