Dalia is Spiral’s co-founder and a strong, inspiring presence known for her calm confidence. A former national-team volleyball athlete, she brings deep expertise in athleticism, plyometrics, coordination, and conditioning. Passionate and generous with her knowledge, she continues to inspire growth through both her presence and her work.

Abdullah is a certified calisthenics trainer with a lifelong passion for bodyweight training. His classes focus on building strength, control, and flexibility, with a strong emphasis on proper technique and injury prevention. He supports students of all levels in developing solid foundations and progressing safely toward their physical potential.

Dalida is a yoga instructor dedicated to helping people feel grounded, confident, and at ease in their bodies.
